Art. 1 – General provisions

These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (D.lgs. n. 206/05 amended by D.lgs. n. 21/14 and D.lgs. 70/03) by

Before accessing the products provided by the site, the user must read these General Conditions of Sale, which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
Art. 2 – Subject matter
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Griffin srl and do not govern, instead, the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller that are present on the same site through links, banners or other hyperlinks.
Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from different parties, we suggest checking their sales conditions.
Art. 3 – Registered users
In completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide his personal data in a correct and truthful manner.
On the occasion of the first request for activation of a profile by the user, Griffin srl will assign to the same user name and a password.
The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his access data and to keep them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them even temporarily to third parties.
Art. 4 – Availability of products
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the user places the order.
This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order confirmation.
Even following the sending of the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by deleting the unavailable product and the user will be immediately informed by e-mail.

Art. 6 – Payment methods and prices
The price of the products will be the one indicated from time to time on the site, unless there is a manifest error.
In case of error Griffin srl will notify the buyer as soon as possible allowing the confirmation of the order at the right amount or cancellation. However, Griffin srl will not be obliged to supply what is sold at the lower price wrongly indicated.
The prices of the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.
Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the shopping cart. It will be sufficient to follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. Your order details may be modified prior to payment.
Payment can be made through:
Paypal, credit card, bank transfer.
Art. 7 – Delivery
The delivery is made, for the Italian territory, usually within 1 day (3 days for islands).
For the countries of the European Union the delivery will be made in 8 days, and in any case, within the maximum term of thirty days.
Griffin does not ship to the following locations: Azores, Busingen, Helgoland, Canary Islands, Madeira, Mount Athos.
The shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are highlighted explicitly when the order is placed.
Art. 8 – Customs, duties, taxes
When ordering from Griffin,the buyer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Italy or EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Griffin has no control over these charges, nor can Griffin predict what they may be
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Art. 9 – Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products.
The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal of the purchase may send an email, indicating the order number and user name, to:

The goods must be sent back to:

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete tax documentation attached. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 30 days, excluding any shipping costs (D.Lgs. 22 Maggio 1999 n. 185).
The site will refund using the same means of payment chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.

Art. 15 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any other overriding norm prevailing in the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any disputes inherent and/ or consequent to them must be resolved exclusively by the Italian court. In particular, if the user is a Consumer, any disputes must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
